Yes! We do meet-ups/pick-ups within Silay City or Bacolod City only. You may refer to this site for our weekly schedule.
What's your mode of payment?
Cash on Meet-up - Accepted for orders of four (4) items or fewer, with a total order value not exceeding Php 750.
Cash on Delivery
MAXIM/GRAB - orders of four (4) items or fewer, with a total order value not exceeding Php 750.
Nationwide Shipping (Flash Express) - total order value not exceeding Php 750. A Php 20 COD Fee also applies.

(If ever the order value exceeds Php 750, we accept a 50% down-payment via any of our online payment platforms, and the remaining balance can be settled in Cash on the date of meet-up or delivery.)
What's the allotted time to settle payment?
Payment must be settled within 72 hours (3 Days). The earlier you settle your payment, the earlier that your order/s will be made.
Failure to settle payment within 72 hours means cancellation of order.Â
How long is your prodution time?
All Hiraya pieces are crafted upon ordering, hence a production time of 2 - 7 business days.
Do you do rush orders?
Unfortunately, no, since our pieces are handmade. However, you may shop our on-hand products at Shop Samahan (2nd Floor of Ayala Bacolod, beside CLN).
